    • Sewing a tailcoat completely from scratch doesn’t count as DIY??? 🤔 Not to mention the gold trim on the vest, the DIY cane, the cravat, and the original HTV designs on the tailcoat. But yeah, I did buy the hat and pants, you got me there.

    • Wow. That comment is super rude and unnecessary. If what you see on someone’s blog isn’t what you’re looking for, keep moving on. No need to tell them what they have posted isn’t for you. That’s bad manners.

Anyways, I searched for DIY greatest showman costumes for boys and this came up. And I’m grateful it did! Your costume had much more work put into it than mine will. But I’m going to use the tip about the ascot (or whatever it is) being key to making the outfit come together. And I like what you did with the gold braided cord. Thank you for taking the time to post this :)

stay-at-home mom to three beautiful children, wife to an incredible husband, and daughter of a loving God. I freely admit that I am not always the most creative or original person when it comes to crafting, decorating, organizing, cooking, etc...but I love being inspired by great ideas and putting my own spin on them! Look around, stay a while, and I hope through my *unoriginality* I can provide some inspiration to you, too!
