Somehow, we’re already here…at the end of another school year! How does it always sneak up on us so quickly? I realize that some of you are already a week or so into summer vacation (y’all are crazy), but around here school doesn’t let out until the second week in June. For those of you who still have a bit of school left, I thought this hand lettered School’s Our For Summer cut file would be fun for whipping up a celebratory t-shirt for your kiddo’s last day of school!
I always have mixed feelings about summer vacation. I love the slower pace of the days, the opportunity for fun trips around town, cookouts with friends, spending all day outside, and most of all, our yearly week at the beach! This will be my first summer with THREE children at home, though, so I’m not entirely sure how it will all go. There will be good days and not-so-good days, I’m sure. Regardless of MY feelings on the matter, I know I have a little first grade girl who is SUPER excited for summer break. She’ll love sporting a cheerful shirt like this on the last day of school.
