‘Tis the season for PUMPKINS! I love how easy and versatile pumpkins are for anything fall-related. Throw some small faux pumpkins on your shelf and a few more on your front porch and bam, you’re decorated for fall. And there’s no need to go with your plain basic orange pumpkin unless you really want to – you can craft or buy pumpkins in any and all styles and colors. Cover them with fabric, carve them, draw on them, paint them…so many crafty pumpkin possibilities!
Speaking of pumpkin crafts and DIYs, there are so many great painted pumpkin ideas out there! Painted pumpkins are an inexpensive way to add some of your own style and creativity into your fall decor. Not to mention, they’re fun to make! Faux pumpkins are easy to find and inexpensive to buy – the dollar store always has a few options, Walmart’s faux pumpkin game has been strong lately, and while craft store faux pumpkins are always overpriced, you can almost always use a coupon and/or get them on sale. Many of the painted pumpkin ideas I’ve seen actually use real pumpkins, which is fun too! If you’re looking for some inspiration, I’ve rounded up a big list of painted pumpkin ideas for you to browse through.
