It’s been almost exactly two years since our trip to Disney World with our then-family-of-four…and I’m starting to get the itch to go back ;-) Of course, I used my Silhouette to make a bunch of DIY Disney shirts for the family for that trip – I mean, what’s the point of owning a craft cutting machine if you DON’T use it to make Disney shirts, am I right?? A few months after we got back from our trip, I shared this round-up of DIY Disney Shirts with Free Cut Files to showcase a few of the shirts I’d made as well as some other great Disney designs that other bloggers had offered up as free cut files on their blogs. Well, it turns out that you guys love free Disney stuff as I do, because that round-up has been INSANELY popular!

So I decided to round up even MORE terrific free Disney cut files created by talented and generous bloggers! (I mean, I have to give the people what they want, right?) All you need to do is find a design you love, head to their blog post, download the free SVG/cut file (don’t forget to say thank you to the blogger who’s giving it away!), cut, press, and go! • blank shirts – These shirts are my favorite to use for adults, they’re super soft and comfy with a vintage-tee look. Also this site is a great place for high quality matching kids shirts.
• iron or heat press (I adore my EasyPress!! It’s so much easier and faster than an iron, but more compact and affordable than a heat press. But an iron will work fine with lots of even pressure and patience.)
• cut file for your design – find a Disney shirt free cut file you like out of the list below! Or, if nothing on this list floats your boat, you can find lots of Disney SVG files available to purchase from sellers on Etsy here.
