Planning a trip to Disney? Here’s a list of 20 DIY Disney Shirts with Free Cut Files so you can use your Silhouette or Cricut to make custom shirts for your whole family!
We took a family trip to Disney this past fall, and one of my favorite parts of the planning and preparation was making shirts for all of us to wear! I mean, really, what’s the point of owning a Silhouette machine if I don’t use it to make amazing custom Disney tees to wear at Disney World??
(I’ve got a blog post with the free cut file for those Minnie Spider Web tees here!)
I’ll admit, though, I spent WAY too much time designing shirts when I should have been packing and preparing for our trip. But my labor (and the work of all the other terrific bloggers on this list) is your gain :-) I’ve put together a list of super fun DIY Disney shirts with free cut files, so all you need to do is cut the HTV, iron, and go! Most of these come with SVG files, though a few are Silhouette files only, and a few are PNGs that you’ll need to pull into your software and trace.
SUPPLIES TO MAKE YOUR OWN DIY DISNEY SHIRTS WITH FREE CUT FILES:
(this list contains affiliate links – click here to read my full disclosure)
- Silhouette or Cricut digital craft cutting machine
- blank shirts and heat transfer vinyl – HappyCrafters has a great selection of HTV (I love all their specialty shine and sparkle HTV!), plus they have blank shirts in all kinds of styles and sizes. Get everything you need for your Disney shirts in one place!
- iron or heat press (I adore my EasyPress!! It’s so much easier and faster than an iron, but more compact and affordable than a heat press. But an iron will work fine with lots of even pressure and patience.)
- cut file for your design – find a Disney shirt free cut file you like out of the list below! Or, if nothing on this list floats your boat, you can find lots of Disney SVG files available to purchase from sellers on Etsy here.
**If you’ve never tried a heat transfer vinyl project before, you can find a quick tutorial here.**
I hope you find some inspiration and designs you love from this great list of DIY Disney shirts with free cut files!
Pinterest Etiquette Reminder: Feel free to pin the collage graphic from the top of this post, but if you’d like to pin any individual shirts, make sure you click through to the project to pin from the original source!
